What do the written exams include?

How do I apply for written exams?
Applications are completed and submitted online. Apply online for paper/pencil tests or get more information about computer-based testing, including Step-by-Step Instructions, CBT Fees, and the CBT Application.
What materials do I need to bring with me to the test site for a paper/pencil exam?
Each candidate must bring the following items to the test site:
- Valid government-issued photo ID (passport, drivers license) with date of birth
- The admission letter for the specific test date
- Two sharpened #2 pencils (to complete the exam answer sheet)
- A good eraser
NOTE: You are not permitted to bring books, manuals, notepads, scratch paper, calculators, beepers, cellular phones, hats, sunglasses, or other materials into the examination room. As of July 2, 2012, calculators are provided for any exams that permit their use.
