Change of Address
If you change your address, you must notify NCCCO as soon as possible. Failure to do so may cause you to miss important updates on the NCCCO program that could affect your certification.
The fastest and easiest way to update your contact information is using the myCCO portal smartphone app, available for iPhones and Android phones. Alternatively, you may use the companion website to access and update your contact information and review your current certifications and expiration dates. The app also enables you to view your upcoming exams and recent exam history, including exam results.
